i work on dc micro grid

i work on DC Microw Grid, When I build the simulation of this grid as attached. the MG voltage is: 1200 volt (dc grid voltage is 1200) but the wind turbines voltage is dropped to 1140 v when i run the simulation i need to rise this voltage to 1200 of wind turbine. any one know how to make wind turbine voltage 1200??
