Surf plots pictures saving as eps?

Hi, I am using surf to plot (X,Y,Z) with shading interp. I save it as eps, but when I put the picture in the Latex. The meshgrid appears. I don't want to keep it. How to delete the mesh grid using surf ploting pictures saving as eps?

Did you tell surf() to use 'edgecolor', 'none' ?

Hi Walter Roberson. I use surf(xi, yi, vi, 'EdgeColor','None'); It still does not right when I put the fig in my latex fiel. Thanks!
