C-SVM Classify Question

I have C-SVM classify class, it receives these parameters:

function [Sensitivity, Specificity, accuracy, auc, roc_curv] = CSVM_Clasify(train_d, train_l, test_d, test_l, cmd)

What are these parameters?

And if any one have an idea about csvm, please tell me.
