How to convert a MATLAB GUI file to be used on a touchscreen controlled by an Arduino in C code?

I need to convert the code created in MATLAB to be used for a touchscreen display user interface that is controlled by an Arduino in C language and was wondering the best way to go about this process. I can upload the MATLAB file as well as the type of Arudino if need be, please help.
