Data shift with least squares regression

Hi everyone,

I have 10 sets of data (repetitions of same experiment) which start at different times. I'd like to align them using a least squares regression.

I haven't found any documentation to use lsqnonlin without having a function input, so I'm not sure on how to approach it.

Any suggestions?
