Plot Triangular pulse using rectangular functions

i have to do this:

indicate the instructions necessary to visualize a triangular pulse of temporary duration 2, amplitude 1 and centered on t = 0. For this, use the combination of two straight lines limited in duration by the use of rectangular pulses. In this exercise you can not use the tri function that is provided to you.

can someone help me please?
