cross validation in multiple regression

Hi guys. I'm trying to make a cross-validation(10fold) and found this about CV: https://se.mathworks.com/help/bioinfo/ref/crossvalind.html I'm not a skilled Matlab user, so i actually don't know where to start. My regressions are saves in my workspace and i have 33 subjects with 2 regressions in each. My real data consist of 330x8. I know I need some training and testing, but I find this a bit difficult.
