i am using 32bit matlab 2015b on my windows 7 . when i run simulink the following error occured

LAPACK loading error: mkl.dll: Not enough storage is available to process this command.

RAM should be minimum 4GB and /3GB boot flag should be configured. the best option is to go for 64 bit OS with 64-bit MATLAB with minimum 4gb RAM.
