Using Compiller App: Cant find attached .mat, .txt files

Dear experts,

I am trying to use the Matlab Compiler with the Compiler App. When I use the function ctfroot in the deployed run, it returns a temporary files folder, not the main .exe folder.

Using the App, where I should add the files, on the "Files required for your application..." or on "Files installed for you end user..."?

I added in both and the program only works if I create a shortcut manually, by right clicking on the main .exe. or execulting this main .exe directly.

Now, I am trying to add a customized DICOM dictionary (.txt) and a customized DICOMINFO function (dicominfo2.m), but the dicominfo2.m (mine) cant find my customized dicom dictionary anywhere. Any hel? Thank you!
