condition in the optimization constants

Hi every one, I working on formulation constraint optimization model, in this problem, i need to put a condition for the m-file constraint that tel the optimization solver it is not necessary to satisfy all the constants and any 50% of the constraint allowed to be out of the specified limit. for example if i have ten constraints c(1) ... to c(10) it is possible or accepted to satisfy c(1), c(3) , c(5) , c(6), c(9) and the rest of them not necessary to be satisfied

You will probably have to solve each of the nchoosek(N,N/2) sub-problems in which a particular subset of the constraints is satisfied.
