how to open circuit breaker after closing ??..initial operation of closing is done ... but opening is not working in simulink..

i want to dis connect capacitor bank before it get full charged. the breaker is closing at its first signal.. but not operating at the time of opening.. i also use the internal switching of the circuit breaker.. but it also not working.. i am using mat lab 2015.. the simulation file is attached above..

try using an ideal switch.
