Align text in uitable using GUIDE

Hi Can anyone provide a script for me to alling in the middle of a uitable, a matrix(3x4) of format double. example a = [3 2 1 4; 5 6 7 8; 9 10 11 12]; Also, i would like to know if it is possible to use in the same uitable, a collumm formed by string, and the rest numerical

Yes, of course a column can contain strings and another doubles:

figure;
uitable('Data', {'hello', 2; 'there', 3})

However, notice that the solution I gave there seems to have a problem if you change the width of the cell. If your text is wide enough that you would want to change the width of the cell, you might have difficulty.
