I assume you are talking about Transport Delay block in Simulink. See the attached model for its usage. I set the block for 1 second delay in order to show its effect on closed loop system characteristics. Adapt it according to your desire.

when i downloaded the simulink. it appeared as image bellow. can you build simulink in version 2014a

Right click on the model and click Save as. Then save it to your current MATLAB directory and run the model.

ok mr. thank you. then if i replaced z-1 or z-2 by delay. what can i put. i mean what do i in setting of the block of delay to meat z-1 or z-2. thank you for helping me.

Think of their product. Initially I set sampling to 0.001, with 1 the result is

0.001*1=0.001 seconds of delay.

If same wanted for z-2, then the sampling has to be 0.0005.
