Creating test cases using Simulink Test with input files from an excel sheet

I'm trying to implement some testing via an excel sheet for a model I created a harness for, but when trying to map the inputs, I'm getting an error and I'll include a screen shot below. Can someone show me the correct syntax for fixing this issue?
