When The MexVideoReader.cpp code is used by MatLab, The following error will be given. Can someone help me?

MexVideoReader.cpp does not belong to Matlab's toolboxes, so the readers have to guess, which function you are talking of. Maybe: https://sourceforge.net/p/videoutils/videoutils/23/tree//trunk/Cpp/VideoReader/mexVideoReader.cpp.
Start with asking the author of this function. You find his address in the code.
