MexVideoReader.cpp does not belong to Matlab's toolboxes, so the readers have to guess, which function you are talking of. Maybe: https://sourceforge.net/p/videoutils/videoutils/23/tree//trunk/Cpp/VideoReader/mexVideoReader.cpp.
Start with asking the author of this function. You find his address in the code.
