Looking for a program to convert a photo to a grayscale image and then export all the grayscale values to an Excel sheet. Thanks in advance!

I = imread('myiamge') ; % REad the RGB image
I = rgb2gray(I) ; % convert RGB image to gray scale
xlswrite('myfile.xls',I)
