How can i resize Image using extrapolate?

I have an cropped image of size 26 22 3 and i want to convert it into 100 100 3 using extrapolate how can i do this?

yes, i have access to the Image Processing Toolbox, but i am confused about "imresize". Is there any difference to resize image using "imresize" or "extrapolate"? And Is both perform the same work?
