how to display folder which is already stored?

i have stored images in a folder ... nw plz suggest code how to read this folder from dir and i hv to read in such a way that all figures appear in a single window

It seems that you already have done all the work necessary to plot your images into a single window (with the subplot lines) but didn't bother with the last step. Why not?

As far as I can tell all you need to do is imshow your P1 or T1 after you've calculated it.

So, what happens when you imshow your P1 or T1 in the subplots you've created? Doesn't it produce the exact figure you're asking for?

sir please see through the code..if u can see there i am comparing images and after comparison the resultant image is what i have attached so just imshow will not help

so suggest some code which read subimages from the folder then later arranged in 8 x 8 matrix without overlapping so that i can apply further operation on it.

I've read your code. I understood all of it the very first time. I'm not sure you do though.

You have a subplot which prepares the figure to display the image exactly as you want. However, you then never display anything so your subplot lines are completely wasted. So, again, after you've created your P1 or T1, just imshow them.

i am getting this image after comparison (applied imshow)...then how to save this figure and apply operations on each segment ....for this u have to save each segment and reconstruct it back rite?
