how to write to DB and EXCEL both without affecting model run time

We have a model which is already producing to excel, .CSV and .MAT files from a 2.5 Million simulation run. It runs for around 3hours 15 minutes. We also are getting of all excel based tools so we want to capture the output to oracle database. However we need to also keep writing to existing targets so that until everything is completely written to DB business can use the output. My question is what are the ways to do it without affecting the current run time, such as using multithreading tasks or parallelism and how to do it
