In the thermal analysis of a video, I have divided video into the number of multiple frames. and got the temperature value associated with each pixel of the collected frames. The data is of 1*380*10 single type (where first two are the pixels co-ordinates and 10 is the number of frames). I want to plot temperature v/s pixel. Please guide how to do. Thanks in advance :)

You have pixel and temperature value in hand.... you can use plot eh.

I know that plot is to be used. But I am not able to. Can you tell how can I use it. I have temperature value that's true, but pixel has two co-ordinated. How to use it. I am sorry for being naive.

What are dimensions of your image frame? If each frame is 1*380, then it will just be a straight line. What do you mean by plotting temperature vs pixels? Do what want to 2D plot or a color map.

ya each frame is 1*380, and there are 10 frames. Each pixel in the frame has temperature value associated with it.so wanted to plot a line graph of these temperature values v/s pixel.

% Repeat for all pixels
% i for rows coordinate, j column coordinate and t tempature at that location
{
plot3(i,j,t);
hold on;
}
hold off;
