Anti lock brake system

I'm wondering how to make ABS in Simscape that brakes better, stops sooner than full braking on slippery surface? I'm using tire(magic formula) for changing coefficients of grip. In short how to make a tire with grater friction while braking with ABS on slippery surface than just locking wheels and sliding without friction?
