How to solve an eigenvalue problem

I have two matrices A and B. A=[2,5;3,6] and B=[5,0;0,7]. They are part of an eigenvalue problem of the form: (A-(lambda)B)x=0. How do I find the eigenvalues and vectors using matlab?

See eig(). You can find them like this
[eigenVectors, eigenValues] = eig(A, B);
eigenValues will be a square matrix with Eigen values at its diagonal.

This comment is not useful. He has clealry mentioned a simple problem with value. Solve this if you know
