3D surface plot with 3 vectors

Hi! I'm trying to do a 3D surface plot with 3 vectors. This is for a project that involves making a 3D model of the cornea. I've done the plot3 of the functions I want and it looks like(see attachment). I want it to look like this(other attachment). Thanks in advance
