license manager, 2018matlab

Hi, I have the Version of 2017a Matlab, and now i am trying to update to 2018a. i have installed sucessfully the 2018a Version on my Computer and i Input the the username which is the same as my account Name of the matlab, but when i run the program, why it can not be opened and indicate the Information as follow:

license checkout failed  license Manager error -9, 
your username does not match the username in the license file.

so how can i deal with it?
