Problem with plotting 2 contourf using caxis limits

Hi, I had a question about using 2 contourf graphs with a fixed caxis limit.

After fixing caxis upper and lower limits, I plotted two datasets separated at x=5 to get the image above. I was wondering how I could set the color distribution at the arrows to be continuous without merging the two datasets together, since merging them together and using the contourf function creates the edges to 'bleed' (probably due to the way contourf draws the isolines, maybe interpolation problem?).
