Create a charging queue simulation for Electric vehicle`s?

Hello there! I want to create a Electric vehicle charging queue simulation model, I`ve heard this is possible in simulink.
The simulation would contain a normal driving pattern on area, and when its needed, different Vehicles go to nearest charging point/station to charge. Could someone here provide guidance and tips on how to do this? Would really be appreciated =)
