Function wlsbaseline in Matlab 2017a

I have Matlab 2012 and I am trying to migrate to Matlab 2017a. I cannot find the equivalent of the function wlsbaseline. Can anyone help?

Are you sure that's it's not a function that you (or somebody else) wrote? I cannot find any mention of wlsbaseline in the documentation of R2012a or R2012b.
