License plate localization

I need write algorithm of license plate localization for my project. I tried many algorithm with edge analysis, morphological operations and contrast histogram. But I still cann't get robust detection. Please, Can somebody give me right direction of develop. This is samples of images, where i must localize license plate. Sorry for my English Thanks.
