how to convert .m file to .txt file in matlab

Hello i generated a sine wave signal in matlab i got some values in workspace,i wanted to convert .m file to a .text file please do let me know how to proceed.The below is the attachment of my file.

Your .m-file is a text file. You can open it in the MATLAB Editor, or any text editor, such as ‘notepad’ in Windows.
If you want to save the variables in your workspace, the most efficient way is to use the save (link) function to create a .mat-file containing them. If you want to save it as a text file, use the -ascii flag, as described in the section of the documentation Save Data to ASCII File (link). There are several other ways to save variables as text files as well
