data array/ similarity matrix to dendrogram

Hello,

I have a matrix that is 75x75 where the x and y axes are of the same label (channels 1-75) and would like to add a dendrogram to the data matrix that would sort into taxonomic relationships, the channels with respect to one another.

Relatively new to matlab, is there a way to do this? I have confusions navigating through the clustergram function because it seems to relate independent variables to dependent variables instead of comparing between two axes of the same label.
