SART Tomography using attenuation matrix and angles

I'm trying to solve a tomography problem.
I'm given a three dimensional, say 50x50x50 double array, and the angles at which the samples should be taken. How can i use the SART or a similar algorithm to try to get a reconstructed plot of the original data?
