is there any source codes available for caculating shanon entropy for eeg signal?please help

Did you bother to look? For example, a simple google search using the phrase "shannon entropy matlab" provides multiple hits.

yes of course, but I didnt acquire a good code and I became confused a little. maybe,I couldent search very well:|. but now, i found it :) by the way thank you John D'Errico.
