Transfer functions in simulink

Hi,

Is there a way to insert a transfer function from real data (in complex mag/phase wrt frequency) into simulink as a filter?

The ident gui (Sys ID Toolbox, type in ident in the command line) allows for frequency domain input. If you have magnitude, phase and the corresponding frequencies it should allow you to estimate a transfer function or state space model. Depending on your data you can determine what will work best.
