I have tried with ecdf function [f,x] = ecdf(times_Series_data) and in that the range of 'f' and 'x' reduces to 193. May I know why this is happening and how can I plot a CDF curve of the time series data. I can share the data if required too.

Because ecdf returns the percentiles at the unique locations in the input vector returned in the optional second output variable. It would seem your 1642 points don't have much resolution to make them unique.
