how can I limit the global axes and the limits of the graph separately, for example, that the east axis from -20 to 20 but that the graph is at -5 and 5.

In that case you can simply plot your data with the desired min/max values (i.e. trim your data to the desired min/max values) and manually overwrite the axes limits to the larger numbers you would like. I think the link I posted above should be sufficient to get started.

ok just that I thought there would be a tool that would cut the matrix so as not to do it manually. thanks

REad about axis. Here you can specify your axis limits. Alternativel individually you can limit using xlim, ylim.

Use two axes. Set the visible property of the top one to off so the box etc are not drawn, but make sure clipping is on for it.
Setting up all the properties properly can be a bit tricky if you need to be able to zoom / pan / rotate the two together

What I want is that the main axes in the 3D graph appear in the original size (-20 20 -20 20) in the grid, but with the values of the graphic crop (-5 5 -6 6). it must be like this to compare with other situations.

You want three side-by-side graphs, right? You would do that with subplot() . You can control the xlim, ylim, zlim of each subplot individually.
