I have a problem when I am trying to install Arduino hardware. I can't install from the internet or download from the internet. Could you help me solve it? Thank you very much.

i can't find the folder rtlsdrradio_download even though i done step by step

You would go into the Documents/MATLAB/SupportPackages/R201xx/downloads/ folder appropriate for the package you are trying to install.
