How to extrapolate between multiple 3D plot ?

Hello, everyone

I try to extrapolate base on z-axis of multiple 3D plots. At first, I've plot an inch with 3 coordinate (x,y,z) to a contour and do many times to multiple slices, for now, I try to extrapolate between single contour with the cap of them. How can I do with this?

What do you mean? Do you want to create something like a surface around your contours?

Pick the two matrices.....run a loop for each (i,j) and use interp1. I have answered a similar question like this a year ago..I am not getting the link now..:(
