why do I get Undefined function or variable when using deepNetworkDesigner ?

I'm using trial version of matlab 2018b and try to run alexnet to pretrain a network but when I enter "deepNetworkDesigner" to Import Network into Deep Network Designer it returns an Undefined function or variable 'deepNetworkDesigner'. need help thanks

could you confirm that you have the deep learning toolbox installed and licensed (even if only as trial)

I am also unable to run deepNetworkDesigner from the command line. I have the deep learning toolbox installed and licensed. All the other deep learning functionality is there.

I am on a Mac running 10.14.4.

I think deepNetworkDesigner is ommited on the Mac version.

I am running Mac. I confirm that deepNetworkDesigner exists and is runnable in R2018b (first version it existed in) and R2019a.
