I have tried the \bf\it, but the label presents only Italic effect. Hope someone can solve my question!

Please post the complete line of code. "tried the \bf\it" is not clear. Which "label of Matlab" is meant?

Thanks for your attention! I have solved this problem. The matlab code is attatched below.
"zlabel('$p(\textbf{\emph z}^A_1|\textbf{\emph p})$','interpreter', 'latex')"
The expected figure is also uploaded.

If you mean the X-lable of an axes, this works in the current version:
xlabel('\it{\bf{bold+cursive}} \it{Only cursive}')
or
xlabel('normal \it\bf{bold+cursive}')
ylabel('normal \it\bfbold+cursive')
