How to plot the curve of diffrent outputs?

I have written my code and want to plot a curve of N vs D, but the outcome of my code isn't one array it are diffrent arrays. So my question is, how can I modify the outcome to make it useable for the plot?

This is the outcome of the code:

Out =

     1     6


Out =

     2     5


Out =

     3    22


Out =

     4    33


Out =

     5    33

How can I now plot this outcome?
