My Operating System is OSX 10.14, and I already install the newest Xcode
the Problem is:
'sh /var/folders/_j/by019xjs0gdcztvndfq5wsgr0000gn/T//mex_12850823584080_3626' is an invalid option

Zeen - please describe what you are doing when you see the above message. Are you running some code? If so, what? Please provide as much detail as possible.

I was trying to compile a C file, which is a S-function for a simulink Model.

Hello,
I suggest checking the output of :
>>mex -setup -v
You may find something useful from it.
In addition, it might be the issue related path. Please check whether the Matlab is using the same shell with your current shell.
Please type:
1. echo $0
2. echo $SHELL
first in the regular terminal, then inside MATLAB with the '!' command
If you are using bash,
then do the following:
$> echo $MATLAB_SHELL
output
$> which bash
path_to_bash
$> export MATLAB_SHELL=path_to_bash
then start MATLAB from the same terminal.
If the issue still exists, it will be helpful to create a technical support case here: http://www.mathworks.com/support/servicerequests/create.html, copy and paste the verbose output and what you have tried then engineers will be able to reach out to you with following steps.
