I want to open new slx (R2018a) on previous version of simulink (R2016b)

this is the file, can anyone convert it?

In Simulink window,
File > Export Model To > Previous version...
Save in your desired version.
Now you can open the model you created using a newer version of simulink on the previous version you saved or on a later version.
