counts of street's trees

Hey everyone

I need to count the number of street trees by use of IP camera and CNN algorithm.

would you please guide me step by step, how to do this work?

and if I need a pre-trained network, is 'inceptionresnetv2' suitable for this work?

and also in order to train my network which data set do you recommend? I saw this one,
