ECG signal filteration required

I have ECG signal whose frequncy vs Amplitude diagram is attached. It has a peak around 15 Hz. How can this be removed? Thank you

You can use the method mentioned in https://www.mathworks.com/help/signal/ug/remove-the-60-hz-hum-from-a-signal.html and use a bandstopiir filter with well defined 'HalfPowerFrequency1' and 'HalfPowerFrequency2'which in your case will be around 15.
