how to plot a full sine wave using quarter wave in MATLAB?

i have genearted quarter sine wave values and saved it in an array and plotted it to get a quarter sine wave. from this array how can i generate a whole sine wave?

how were those values generated?

i have generated the values using piece wise approximation with two ROM tables and added it. stored those added values in an array

Did you mean this:
phase = 0:0.01:pi/2;
q_wave = sin(phase);
plot ([q_wave,fliplr(q_wave),q_wave.*-1,fliplr(q_wave.*-1)]);
?
