match 2 point cloud

I have a pointcloudA which is acquired by a Lidar, and a pointcloudB generated by photogrammetry.
I would like to overlap the 2 point cloud, but " pctransform(ptCloud,tform1)" doesn't work, as it just rotate the 2 point cloud, and in my case I see one pointcloudB scaled respect to pointcloudA.
There is any function which work like pctransform, which give me rotation matrix and scale factor to overlap the 2 pointcloud?
