MATLAB Production Server is not included in Campus-Wide License (TAH License), but its EDU license is available. You can get a quote from pricing page.
UPDATED on 2021 Feb 25th.
From R2020a, MATLAB Production Server has been included in Campus-Wide License.

Update from the year 2021: MATLAB Prodction Server is now included in Campus-Wide Licenses (used to be called TAH license).
