Simulink for students from California State university in Sacramento.

I have to take the simulink 3 hours course, and I have been trying to start it but there is no where to find it. please help

If you are using R2019a, Simulink Onramp is included in your installation, so you can simply launch Simulink using the button on the MATLAB toolstrip, or by typing

>> simulink

at the MATLAB command line.
