Plot multiple values according to their percentage

hello

I have an array with 1000 values which contain 30 categories of values. i want to plot them according to their percentage.

Below i add a picture as sample picture. I want like this. here data ranges from -2 to 2 and values 0 is about 58%. I want to calculate this way.
