Compiling .MLAPP created in application developer

I have designed an app in the matlab app designer.

It calls 3 .m scripts in its use.

I also use a couple of dlls that I call.

Can I use the matlab compiler?

I tried and was not very successful, setting the main file to my main .mlapp file and it does compile but all I see when i attempt to run it is the splash screen and then nothing.

Any help apreciated.

I managed to solve this problem with the help of the support team.

I was trying to run the project from a network drive, once I moved the project to a local drive everything worked fine!
